As part of our establishment in Luxembourg, our office is looking for Real Estate Consultants (independent status) to invest the area of Luxembourg and surroundings.
Your missions :
- To actively prospect for real estate in your sector of Luxembourg and surroundings.
- Maintain your spheres of influence in the Grand Duchy to increase your network.
- Develop and promote your own network of properties.
- Carry out property estimates.
- Negotiate and sign sales mandates.
- Market the properties entrusted by the sellers.
- Advise and accompany your Luxembourg and international clients throughout the process until the signing of the deed.
- Communicate using the HESTIA GROUP communication processes and methods.
Skills and experience:
- Your commercial abilities are proven, you show boldness and perseverance to reach your own objectives.
- Your level of requirement and your rigor are up to the level required.
- A true entrepreneur, your autonomy, your taste for challenge and competition will be qualities that will allow you to perform.
- Your impeccable presentation and your professionalism make you a real estate consultant with high added value.
- The mastery of English and/or Luxembourgish is appreciated.
Position based in Luxembourg/Strassen. Independent contract, progressive and attractive remuneration.
